1. Sanctuary Housing Placement

Finding a safe place to rest is the first step toward stability. We specialize in matching birth mothers and families with "Rise Verified" maternity and family-friendly homes.

• The Focus: Safety, privacy, and proximity to essential services in Vail, Sahuarita, and the Greater Tucson area. All of Phoenix and the greater metro area.
• Our Promise: Every placement is vetted for quality and compassion.
• Housing Placement Fee: $500.00 per placement

2. Full-Circle Logistics & Coordination

We take the stress out of the "how" so you can focus on the "who." We handle the administrative burden of transportation and scheduling with court-ready precision.

• 24/7 Automated Dispatch: Reliable rides to all medical, legal, and case management appointments.
• Verified Movement Logs: We provide monthly, audit-ready reports of all stability milestones.
• Medicaid (AHCCCS) Enrollment: Expert navigation to ensure your healthcare and nutritional benefits are active and stable ($100 flat fee).
• Monthly Coordination: $100.00

3. NAS Caregiver Certification

Empowering caregivers to provide expert, compassionate care for infants experiencing Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). Our training removes the fear of withdrawal and replaces it with competence and hope.

• Individual Certification: $99.00 (Includes 3-part video curriculum, competency test, and certificate).
• Agency Enterprise License: $1,000.00/year (Unlimited staff training + 2 free parent vouchers for every 5 placements).

4. Remote Online Notary (RON)

Secure, remote signings for sensitive legal documents. Whether it's adoption consents or housing agreements, we meet you where you are via secure video.

• Convenience Fee: $10.00 (State Fee) + $25.00 (Remote Convenience Fee).

5. ​Transportation Coordination Fee: $100.00 / Month
​Includes: 24/7 AI-powered dispatch, recurring appointment scheduling, and automated GPS-tracked movement logs for court or agency audits.

​Individual Ride Rate: $35.00 (Base Rate) + $3.50 per mile
​Includes: Door-through-door service with a trauma-informed driver.
​Note: Rates apply to standard ambulatory transport. Specialty needs (car seats provided upon request) are included at no extra charge for Network members.

​Includes: Unlimited local transportation for all medical, WIC, and legal appointments within a 20-mile radius, 2 rides for groceries/personal hygiene, plus full coordination and monthly reporting.
