Frequently Asked Questions

What is RISE?

RISE Housing & Transportation Coordination Network is a statewide system that helps agencies place clients into appropriate housing and coordinate independent, third-party non-emergency transportation.

We are NOT a housing program and we do NOT transport clients.

We coordinate everything on your behalf.

Do you provide housing?

No. RISE does not own or operate any housing.
We are a coordination service that connects agencies to safe, verified providers in our network.

Do you provide transportation?

No. RISE does not transport clients.

We coordinate rides through vetted third-party transportation companies such as Remedy Home Health LLC and others.

What types of housing do you coordinate?

We coordinate placements for:

Behavioral health housing (BHRF)

Sober living

Reentry housing

Transitional housing

Peer-supported housing

DDD group home placements

Women-only or men-only programs

Specialty programs (pregnancy, no children, trauma-informed, etc.)

How fast can you find housing?

Most placements occur within 30–90 minutes, depending on:

availability

restrictions

client location

program type

Some high-needs clients may take longer, but we update you throughout the process.

How does the referral process work?

You send one referral using our secure form or by phone.
RISE then:

1. Contacts multiple homes

2. Checks real-time availability

3. Reviews rules and restrictions

4. Sends you the best options

5. Confirms intake

6. Coordinates third-party transport if needed

Does RISE guarantee placement?

No.
Final acceptance is determined by the housing provider.
We match, coordinate, and confirm — but the provider makes the final decision.

What does transportation coordination include?

RISE handles:

scheduling the ride

matching with a third-party vendor

communication

ETA updates

pickup & drop-off info

background details

two-party coordination

documentation

RISE does not drive or transport clients.

How much does your service cost?

We offer simple pricing with both per-client and monthly plans.

HOUSING ONLY

$75–$250 per client
or
$399–$1,200/month

TRANSPORTATION ONLY

$20–$75 per ride coordination
or
$299–$900/month

BUNDLE (Housing + Transportation)

$150–$300 per client
or
$599–$1,999/month

Provider listing plans start at $49/month.

Who pays for the transportation?

The transport vendor bills directly or through RISE’s pass-through billing.
RISE only charges a small coordination fee (not the transport cost).

Is RISE available after hours?

Basic plans are during standard business hours.
