We are NOT a housing operator, behavioral-health facility, sober living home, treatment provider, or transportation company.
We do not provide clinical services, case management, supervision, or emergency services.
By using this website or submitting any request or form, you agree to the policies and disclaimers outlined below.
Rise is a coordination network that provides:
Housing match coordination
Transportation scheduling coordination
Communication between clients, families, and providers
Documentation confirmation (placement or ride scheduling)
Referral to outside community resources as needed
Rise charges coordination fees only. Providers or clients pay all housing costs or transportation fares directly to the housing provider or transportation vendor.
To avoid confusion and legal misunderstanding, please note:
Rise does NOT:

❌ Provide monitoring, check-ins, safety checks, or case management

❌ Assume responsibility for any actions of housing providers or drivers
❌ Operate as a crisis or emergency service
Rise ONLY coordinates connections between independent third-party providers.
All housing partners, transport providers, and support vendors in our network are independent third parties.
Rise does not:
Control them
Supervise them
Train or manage them
Own or operate their businesses
Guarantee their availability or actions
Any services the client receives after the match takes place are strictly between the client (or provider/family) and the third-party provider.
Rise is not liable for the actions, omissions, conduct, safety, behavior, or quality of services provided by any third-party housing or transportation entity.
Rise does NOT transport clients.
Rise does NOT employ drivers.
We schedule rides through third-party transportation providers only.
By requesting transportation coordination, you agree that:
Rise is not responsible for accidents, delays, no-shows, cancellations, or conduct of the driver.
You or the provider must pay the transportation fare directly to the transportation company or driver.
Rise’s role ends once scheduling and confirmation are completed.
Any disputes must be addressed directly with the transportation provider—not Rise.
Rise does NOT operate or manage housing.
All housing sites in our network are run by independent homeowners, organizations, or providers.
By submitting a housing request, you acknowledge that:
Rise does not inspect homes daily or guarantee living conditions.
Rise is not responsible for rules, policies, fees, or operations of any housing provider.
Rise does not determine who is accepted by a housing provider—final decisions are made by the provider.
Client behavior, compliance, and safety inside the home are the responsibility of the client and the housing provider.
Any housing disputes must be addressed directly with the housing provider—not Rise.
Rise respects your privacy and protects all information submitted to our forms or website.
We collect information only to:
Coordinate housing matches
Coordinate transportation scheduling
Communicate with approved parties
Provide documentation of placement or ride
Improve our service network
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Our facilities are designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. We offer a range of amenities, including private and semi-private rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a communal living area, and outdoor space for relaxation and recreation.
Rise provides coordination services only, which begin as soon as a request is submitted.
Because coordination work is completed immediately, all coordination fees are non-refundable, including:
Housing match fees
Transportation scheduling fees
Bundle fees
Provider invoicing fees
If Rise is unable to locate a match, we will offer credit toward a future placement, not a refund.
