Rise Foundation exists to:

Provide essential items to individuals transitioning out of rehab, jail/prison, shelters, and treatment centers

Support individuals recovering from substance use or mental-health challenges

Help mothers and families impacted by neonatal substance exposure

Offer community workshops, education, and preventative resources

Connect underserved populations with supportive programs and donated goods

Reduce homelessness, relapse, and recidivism through compassion-driven outreach

Our nonprofit is focused on community impact, not coordination services.

WHAT THE NON-PROFIT DOES NOT DO

To remain transparent and compliant:

Rise Foundation does not:
❌ Provide housing
❌ Provide clinical, psychiatric, or medical services
❌ Operate or manage sober living homes
❌ Offer transportation services
❌ Provide ongoing case management
❌ Charge for services
❌ Guarantee placement of any kind

Its work is 100% donation-based and community-focused, not fee-based.

Matches clients with housing

Coordinates transportation

Charges coordination fees

Works with providers, families, and agencies

Business/legal structure is for-profit


Rise Foundation (Non-Profit)

Provides donated goods

Provides community support programs

Does not charge fees

Supports vulnerable families

Relies on donors, grants, partnerships

Legally separate nonprofit entity


The nonprofit helps support the same community, but it does NOT perform the same services as the coordination network.


WHY WE CREATED A SEPARATE NON-PROFIT

Many of the individuals Rise Network assists face bigger challenges than just placement.
The Rise Foundation was created to fill those gaps through:

Compassion

Community resources

Donations

Volunteer support


But in order to stay compliant, ethical, and transparent:
the nonprofit cannot perform any of the fee-based services Rise Network offers.

This separation keeps everything organized, legal, and mission-focused.
