After-Hours & Emergency Services
How do I pay for services?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate checks. For Enterprise Partners, we offer consolidated monthly invoicing to simplify your accounting process.
Is the $199 membership a contract?
The Gold Standard Membership is a month-to-month commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, though most providers find the vacancy-reduction value far exceeds the cost.
Can I use the Notary services for my personal documents?
Member Notary credits are intended for business operations (leases, contracts, etc.). However, members receive a 20% discount on all personal mobile notary services.
Compliance & Quality Control
What happens if a provider falls below standards?
Rise conducts random "Quality Check" visits. If a provider fails to meet our safety or cleanliness standards, their "Gold Standard" badge is suspended, and referrals are paused until the issue is rectified. This ensures our Hospital partners always receive the best options.
Does Rise provide medical advice?
No. We are a logistics and coordination firm. All medical and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the referring facility and the receiving housing provider.
The "Arizona Advantage"
Do you work outside of Pima County?
While we are based in Vail/Tucson, our network is throughout Arizona, including Maricopa and Cochise Counties. If you have a specific geographic need, contact our coordination team.
Are you familiar with Arizona-specific housing laws?
Yes. Our leadership team has a background in Arizona Real Estate and Notarial Law, ensuring that our coordination efforts align with local regulations and professional standards.
