Once approved, agencies gain access to our rapid referral line, and providers begin receiving vetted placements that fit their program criteria

​Interfere with Revenue: Your income belongs to you; we do not take a percentage of your base rates.

To protect the safety of our clients and the reputation of our partners, RISE maintains a zero-tolerance policy for substandard care. Every member of our network is held to a high professional and ethical standard.
​Prohibited Conduct & Conditions:
To maintain membership in the RISE Network, the following are strictly prohibited:
​Substandard Environments: Unsafe, unsanitary, or poorly maintained housing.
​Discriminatory Practices: Any discrimination based on protected classes, including race, gender, religion, or disability.
​Hostile Environments: Any history of violence, harassment, or verbal abuse within a program or transport vehicle.
​Financial Exploitation: Predatory billing, undisclosed fees, or any form of financial misconduct involving clients.
​Unregulated Logistics: Transportation performed without proper documentation, insurance, or safety protocols.
​Communication Failures: Chronic unresponsiveness or a failure to provide accurate status updates during active coordination.
​Our Enforcement: Any partner found violating these integrity guidelines will be subject to immediate and permanent removal from the RISE Network. This ensures that our referral partners can always trust the quality of our placements.
